Freesia and Hyacinth

Today I put the Hyacinths from my garden in a vase together with the Freesias that I bought yesterday, the smell is delightful. This combination of the smell of these two flowers is so nice that I'm going to try to make a perfume of it. It's a pity that you can't smell them but here are some pictures:

Sounds lovely. Now add a little amber and sandalwood and I'd be totally in love. :O)

Hi Victoria, I think that's a good idea I think about adding a little bit of madarin, musk and clove as well and maybe a little bit of a peach note.

How about bergamot rather than mardarin? And no clove. LOL

Okay okay I will try that too. I think about adding a grass note as well because both freesia and hyacinth own a green note and I think that note is perfect for a springlike fragrance.

I want to try this masterpiece when you have finished!

To finish a perfume is always a long run...it's hard sometimes to say it's finished because I want it to be perfect and have tried everything before I can say...this is it, it's complete, it's done!
